How do leaders and teams move through change together?
Strategies to embody change.
Togethering enables transformation by addressing systemic change—integrating strategy with embodied practice so people can think, feel, and act together.
As a founding partner, I bring product innovation, facilitation, and somatic practice to engagements spanning executive visioning, creative organizations, and community development. The through-line is the same work that runs across my career: designing the conditions where people with different mental models can see the same problem, move together, and make durable impact.
Presence enables action
Change starts with how people show up. Togethering works in four connected areas—presence, vision, culture, and making—where embodied practice meets strategy, relationships, and execution.
We move across scales: founders and executive teams navigating transition, creative and cultural organizations shaping ideas into form, and communities building shared culture around values-led missions.
What I bring
Integrating creative strategic vision with embodied mindfulness. Fifteen years across cultural institutions, global brands, and technology R&D inform my process. Methods range from guided play to structured collaboration, including workshops, product-minded sprints, and trainings.
